we had our post ivp dinner at punggol marina country club (punggol seafood restuarant) . we were so stuffed by the end of the night. we had loads and loads of food.
-steam prawns as appetizers
- pork ribs (thumbs up for this..seriously)
- NABEH seafood roll (thumbs up for this too)
- 2 bowls of XO crab beehoon for each table
- chilli crab ( double thumbs up!!!)
- mantou
(mantou and chilli crab gravy.....heavenly combination!!!!!! i swear![moi gobbled 3 mantous down])
-vegetables
- fried rice
(nobody can eat after all the crabs and we had to tabao the fried rice)
-coconuts to end off dinner

our dear vice president made mango pudding for all of us too. damn sweet of her. =)


dinner was almost perfect. BUT..our dear budding videography couldnt make it!!! what a bummer. it was a bad day for him seriously....both his cars died on him. how suay can he be right!!! and plus there was a terrible jam at woodlands checkpoint. it will take him forever to come singapore. hmmm..we shall meet up for dinner soon! (ter..dinner is on u! =] )
and our dear fiona was enjoying herself in LONDON!!! so luckyy....and hence....she cant make it for our dinner. =(
