if you missed Wake & Bake, fret not, here comes our first recreational wakeboarding session of the year!!

WAKE & BAKE 2007 was held on the 3rd of August this year. This wakeboarding carnival was jointly organised by the wakeboarding clubs of the 4 different universities, namely NUS, NTU, SMU and SIM.

Participants who paid the simple cheap fee of $50 sure had their money worth! Beside receiving a goodie bag worth of items such as Nivea sunblock, Kirei Kirei body shampoo, Ripcurl items, Flash & Splash vouchers, Swatch FIVB Frisbee, etc; they also had a buffet lunch catered just for them with free flow of Redbull and a free bottle of beer to go with it!!

Besides wakeboarding, participants also got a chance to try out other sea activities such as:

banana boating

jetskiing

kayaking

taking part in races

watching fashion shows by Flash N' Splash as well as new surf brand, Balin

& enjoying a wakeboarding demo by professional wakeboarders

The weather was great, the crowd was good, the event went well and everyone went home happy!!
